Get your Z's: If you do not get enough sleep, your body releases the hormone cortisol, which breaks down skin cells and leads to early signs of aging. Aim for at least 8 hours per night. If you have trouble falling asleep, try drinking an herbal tea (decaffeinated) or take a long hot bath. Meditating helps as well, as it calms the mind and releases stress.

Do not squint: If you find yourself squinting to read labels and other items, get reading glasses. Squinting can overwork the facial muscles, which results in wrinkles over the long term.

Eat clean: This does not mean pouring soap on your food! Choose wholesome, natural foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. Overly-processed and 'junk' foods will not only pack on the pounds but provides very little nutritional value. Eating better quality food will help fight toxins and free radicals in your body, and will help to prevent premature aging.
